Project Chacocente is a non-profit based in Managua, Nicarauga. They help resettle families who live and scavenge in the Managua dump into new homes and train them to develop new vocational careers. Omar Hernandez is the project director and speaks passionately about how live and communities can be changed by teaching people some basic skills and helping them work to acquire new resources.
